this film is about love and life just.. they had to be sick of their own lifes and have cancer to realize how important life is.. they didnt enjoyed until that point.. the film shows nowadays reality, how difficult is handle with enjoy our lifes and work and plans.. i just loved the movie.. its a lesson of life

Ya, gay or soft men that bow to womens demands.And "Wishing what life was like" IS exactly what makes it unrealistic.
It gives a person false hope which in turn puts pressure on themselves and their love partner.I mean the stats are as bad as they are for a reason.For a number of reasons. |

this isnt a chick flick..this is an incredible and unexpected story about love and life. if you've actually seen this movie, theres no way you could tell me you were in for that huge twist in the middle..no way at all..chick flicks are unrealistic predictable movies that arent about life, but what someone wishes life was like..and as far as them being cheesy and feminist, think about the people that are behind the big cooperations that spit out chick flicks, they are nearly almost ALL men. |

I'm a fan... i kept on watching it and kept on crying everytime. love amanda peet and dermot mulroney..my fave line was when dermot said that " i know the reason why they are in that situation, because of amanda. They live their lives to the fullest. did everything for love. |

I rented this movie last night thinking it was a comedy, to my suprise it turned into the deepest shortest love story I ever heard. Not my type of movie. It is very emotionally strong, not something I would normally see Amanda peet in.Imagine if this happend to you. I give a thumbs up. |
