@Ifygurl Don't worry it the same thing they do to us african americans. Whites don't know that Alek Wek is NOT west african and is not at all the look that west africans carry on average. Besides every african tribe has it's own look. I love how whites think they can naturally have full lips and all kinds of features like Angelina jolie but blacks only have one true african look. |

@monkhillier the problem is that blacks themselves are buying into notions of white european beauty as being the ONLY prototype of beauty when its just one not the whole picture. this is mainly because the blacks living in mainly white countries do not have images of african beauty fed up to them and only see negative images of africans and africa . i blame the media which is white owned of course and the rest is blacks eating what they feed us . |

@Pravoizavlijesvijeta You are not alone in your views. Many European egyptologists confronted with thousands of statues and paintings of ancient egyptians say they were not African but white.
But Agbani Darego is a typical Nigerian and African. And she looks like many of the female egyptian statues and paintings. Just like my wife, who hasn't a European feature in her, and is dark chocolate.
