this is great i have not watched all the presentations but this is good i have been working in south sudan for the past 8 years and for the past twoas a volunteerits good to see people like alek highlight the plight of sudan. i hope children especially girls in kan ajak village and the whole of the south will be inspired by alek. |

You have to remember that the Sudanese nationality is made up of many ethnicities/ethnic groups. Alek is a member of the Dinka tribe/ethnic group. Most of them are quite tall and slender, much of which is attributed to their diet and genetic makeup. You weren't wrong in your assumption, just your wording. |

wtf? are stupid? there are certain traits attrbuted to different races- i simply thought most sudanese were really tall and slender but ive experienced differently. Stop ebing overly sensitive i didnt mean to stereotype |

I live in England and ppl are so ignorant and notoriously ungrateful for the things they have.Ppl here cry over anything and everything! Here we have a world, were people sleep and breath death daily. Out of nothing they still managed to hold a smile on there faces,,This story inspired me and i hope ppl will not be so judgemental and open their minds and eyes to undertand that there's a big world out there! |
